If you are looking for answers, seeking support or simply need to talk to someone who understands hearing loss – ask our Helpdesk!

Everyone on our Helpdesk team has personal or professional experience of hearing loss. They're here to give you information, advice, and support—whether you have hearing loss yourself or you're helping someone who does.

Our Helpdesk is available to contact by webform, email or telephone on Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.

We will pass your question to the most appropriate volunteer Helpdesk Responder for a personalised reply. This can sometimes take several days, but we will endeavour to have answers for you sooner.
