Modern Slavery

Hearing Dogs for Deaf People is a UK charity that transforms the lives of people who are deaf or have hearing loss. We train assistance dogs and provide practical and emotional support services to empower people all over the UK to live well with hearing loss.

We are governed by a Board of Trustees who volunteer their time to help direct our work. They oversee our Executive Management Team who manage our staff and volunteers across the charity.

Hearing Dogs for Deaf People is not required to have a Modern Slavery Statement, as our annual turnover is less than £36m as per Government Guidelines.

We strive to act with integrity and our whistle-blowing and safeguarding policies encourages staff to report any concerns, including concerns regarding modern slavery and human trafficking.
