Our Chief Executive Tracy Griffin

Before joining Hearing Dogs, Tracy was chief executive of The Big Issue Foundation and has extensive experience in the charity sector, having worked in executive leadership roles in charities such as Scope, NSPCC, Shelter and Save the Children.

She has also held Trustee positions at Action for Children and Jeans for Genes UK. Tracy has led many different charity functions, including service delivery, fundraising, marketing & communications.

She has a partner, three sons, a cat named Ruby, and a Spaniel named Flynn.
