Assistance Dogs UK (ADUK) is a voluntary coalition of 10 assistance dog charities across the UK, who specialise in training dogs to support people with disabilities and believe in a standards-based approach to training.

All ADUK member charities have successfully completed the extensive accreditation process, which covers all aspects of the training, client support and organisational management- ensuring they meet the international standards set by Assistance Dogs International (ADI) and the International Guide Dogs Federation (IGDF).

ADUK’s aim is to use its collective knowledge and experience to advance the education of the public and service providers, on the rights of people who rely assistance dogs.

As all ADUK members have been accredited by ADI and IGDF, service providers and members of the public can be assured that they meet very high standards in terms of dog and user training and dog welfare considerations.
