Episode 3:
Wonderful Willow
Posted by Elizabeth Murphy
As you can see, Willow sat down and calmly watched the horses go by. This is fantastic. Learning to be calm, relaxed and happy in the company of other animals is an important part of Willow’s hearing dog training. If Willow’s future deaf partner wanted to take her on a walk, they would need to be confident that Willow wasn't going to run off and chase after any animals.
Once the horses had gone on their way, Willow was able to continue her adventure in the woods…
And whoops… it looks like Willow had a bit too much fun with some mud…
Back home now and it’s time for sleepy Willow to get some rest…
Sweet dreams Willow… there will be more adventures tomorrow!
That’s all for now, we hope you’ve enjoyed catching up with your super sponsor pup. Willow’s training would not be possible without your generous support.
So, until next time, from everyone at Hearing Dogs, thank you for sponsoring Willow.
Hello, I’m Elizabeth and I work in the puppy sponsorship team. I am very lucky to get to know lots of the adorable pups who are training to be life-changing hearing dogs – they really are amazing!
