Playful Potter

Potter is here to say hello!
Friendly Potter has been enjoying exploring the world around him and settling into his new routine as a trainee hearing dog pup. Potter very quickly discovered that playtime in the garden is one his favourite parts of his day.
Luckily for Potter, he has lots of fun and games to look forward to! As well as being a fantastic source of mental enrichment, playtime is also an important part of his training.
To make learning a positive and enjoyable experience, hearing dog training is all based upon rewards. When Potter does something well, he might get given his favourite toy to play with, which will encourage him to repeat this good behaviour.
Potter has also been enjoying playing with housemate Scooby, a fellow trainee hearing dog. Scooby is in the final stage of his hearing dog training and has been a brilliant role model for little Potter.
