Labrador Percy is friendly, calm and cuddly

Welcome to Percy’s Puppy Pen!

Say hello to Percy! This handsome chap is so chilled out. He’s the perfect house guest: gentle, calm and affectionate. He loves meeting people and is always up for cuddles!

Toys and treats are big hits too. "If you throw a ball, he bounds to it and pounces on it," laughs his volunteer dog trainer, Sally.

You’ll love how this wise old soul moves into full-on puppy mode when his favourite toys appear. Whether it’s his best tuggy toy, or a ball to be pounced upon, it’ll bring out Percy’s bouncy, bounding, playful side.

Percy’s busy getting used to lots of different household sounds: hoover, dishwasher, washing machine.

And he’s learning to feel comfortable in his harness and to walk nicely on a loose lead when he’s out and about. On his village walks with Sally, he loves to sit and watch the horses in the fields near her house.

That sounds like the perfect mix of qualities for a great hearing dog. Calm, friendly and unfazed by new things.
