Clever Joey!

Welcome back to Joey’s Puppy Pen!
Your affectionate and inquisitive sponsor pup has been busy enjoying lots of new experiences in his early training.
Joey recently had his very first off-lead walk, where he practised his recall. His volunteer Susie was so pleased to see how happily he came running back to her when called, ears flapping and ready for his well-earned treat!
Clever pup!
To gently introduce him to public places, Joey also enjoyed a visit to a local pet shop, where he explored all the exciting smells and practised a lovely calm sit. It’s fantastic that he has already learnt how to respond to a sit command, as this will be a very useful skill throughout his training.
