Welcome back to Amber’s Puppy Pen!
In exciting news, Amber recently enjoyed her first trip to the beach. She loved running around on the sand and dipping her paws in the sea. Amber was also delighted to find a new ball to play with!
Exploring and having fun on the beach is all part of Amber’s hearing dog training. We want Amber to feel happy and confident in different environments she may visit with her future deaf partner.
The beach is also a great opportunity to meet and play nicely with other dogs, which all helps to develop Amber’s social skills and confidence in public places.
After a wonderful adventure at the beach, it’s time to go home and have a snooze.
You will notice that as Amber has got bigger, so has her toy box! We wonder if Amber will ever grow out of this adorable habit.
Amber must have been dreaming about her toys, as it’s not long until she is up and playing again with Amanda.
