Our headquarters are at The Grange, in Saunderton, Buckinghamshire – which consists of office space, and our Buckinghamshire training centre. Our tours offer a behind-the-scenes look at how we train our clever dogs.
Every Thursday afternoon and two Tuesday afternoons from February to November.

The Grange is open to the public on Thursday and some Tuesday afternoons for pre-booked tours from February to November. Conducted by some of our valued volunteers, you will receive a guided tour of our training facilities, including a deaf awareness experience, video presentation about the charity, have the opportunity to watch a demonstration of a hearing dog’s work, meet hearing dogs in training and visit our Welfare Hub.
Our tours are very popular and book up fast, tours during half term and school holidays for groups of children are especially popular. Tours are limited to 20 guests per week in order to minimise disruption to our work.
