  • Fun for dogs – we’re all about dogs! Depending on which walk you take part in, we have dog agility, shows and games.
  • Meet a hearing dog – find out how deaf people have reconnected with life.
  • If you ask people to sponsor you or your dog, and raise more than £50, we’ll send you a special Great British Dog Walk certificate to mark your achievement!

Pollok House: the important details

When: Sunday 24 May 2020

Where: Pollock Country Park, 2060 Pollokshaws Road, Glasgow, G43 1AT

Registration: 10am

Walk start time: 11am

Cost: Adults: £10 online, £12 on the day, Children (under 16): free 

Distance: 3km (Family Route) or 6km (Scenic Route)

Minimum Sponsorship: No minimum sponsorship but if you raise more than £50 you'll receive an exclusive Great British Dog Walk certificate

Terrain: The routes are on trails throughout the grounds, some areas can be uneven and may include some small inclines. For this reason, we recommend you contact us to discuss any mobility issues

Parking: Parking is available and included within the entry fee.

More: Join us on The Great British Dog Walk and explore Pollock Park on the south side of Glasgow. The route offers the chance to enjoy the tranquil park and see the stately Pollok House. Join us raising money for life-changing hearing dogs whilst having fun with the whole family & your four-legged friends.

This is a great opportunity to explore Pollock Park. There will be a Hearing Dog demo along with other fun activities for the whole family so get your tickets and we will see you there! The walk will include views of the pond, Pollok House and gardens, the stable courtyard and if you're lucky, highland cows!


Because of the number of dogs expected, we do ask that dogs are kept on lead for the duration of the walk.
