Why is Winnie cute?

Because she loves pulling the duvet off the sofa and wrapping herself up in it, then falls asleep all hot and snuggly.

Because she likes having her plump puppy tummy rubbed.

Because she adores being cuddled and fussed over.

And, well, because she looks cute! She has a ridge along her nose that defines her little puppy face, and makes her look streamlined, like a high-speed train. You could even say she’s ‘Labradorable’.

So, what makes Winnie comical? Well, where do we begin?

She likes to steal slippers at any opportunity. She then tries to make her escape through the stairgate but unfortunately her bottom is too big, so she gets stuck halfway through and has to be rescued.

She runs around the house at top speed for no apparent reason. It’s like an on/off switch, no in-between. Around and around, up and down, to and fro. Talk about high-speed trains.

She tips her water bowl up and so the floor ends up soaked. She plays football, even though the ball is at least twice her size. She’s so funny!

Due to Coronavirus, all her training is being done at home with Volunteer Puppy Trainer Liza. At first she was easily distracted. She wanted to steal shoes, get stuck in the stairgate, run around the house, tip up her water bowl, or play with a gigantic football instead. Since then? She’s fantastic, full of fun, but also able to focus. She’s already doing ‘sit’ and ‘wait’. So she’s a clever comical cutie!

Winnie is a sponsor pup. This means that very kind people are paying for this lucky puppy’s training, but unfortunately Winnie is no longer available to sponsor. However, the good news is that there are more fresh, new puppies that you can sponsor instead! Take a look below and pick your puppy!
