Can I have a receipt sent to me in the post?

Yes, please send us an email on fundaising@hearingdogs.org.uk with the details on who you have made your kind donation in memory of, and we will arrange for a letter of thanks to be sent to you through email or post.

How do I know my donation will be received by Hearing Dogs?

As long as you can see the ‘Hearing Dogs for Deaf People’ logo at the bottom of someone's fundraising page, all donations will be sent directly to us. Please bear in mind this may take a few weeks to reach us.

Do JustGiving take a fee?

JustGiving take a fee for processing donations, including verifying and collecting Gift Aid on behalf of Hearing Dogs.
All transactions are handled with the highest level of data protection and considerably reduces administration for our charity.
