National charity Hearing Dogs for Deaf People, which trains dogs to transform the lives of deaf people, is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Production Coordinator to join its busy fundraising and marketing team.
We are looking for a highly organised, confident, creative, and enthusiastic individual with previous experience working within a marketing or fundraising team. Your primary focus will be working with internal as well as external parties, ensuring all print and digital sponsor updates, a vital part of the Hearing Dogs Puppy Sponsorship Scheme, are produced and sent to sponsors to meet our supporter commitment.
You will also assist the Production Manager to ensure the successful completion of additional marketing, fundraising, design, and digital projects, maintain stock levels for promotional items and manage the Charity’s photographic requirements.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and time management skills, be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and adjust to changes quickly. You will also need to have creative flair, an eye for design, an interest in storytelling and attention to detail. A team player, you will be at ease communicating with a wide variety of people including volunteers, supporters, and fundraisers.

We are based in beautiful surroundings at the Charity’s training centre in the Chiltern Hills, near Saunderton in Buckinghamshire.
