Job title: HR Administrator
Location:   The Grange, Saunderton, Buckinghamshire
Hours: Full time - 35 hours per week (negotiable)
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per year (experience depending)

Maternity cover contract – 12 months


Hearing Dogs for Deaf People is a national charity based in Saunderton, that offers life changing independence to deaf people through the provisions of services including accredited hearing dogs.

We help deaf people leave loneliness behind and reconnect with life.

We are currently looking to recruit a talented HR administrator, to provide maternity cover and aid with the day to day workings of our Human Resources department. 

You will be a warm, welcoming and confident HR professional.  Daily tasks include providing general HR admin and support for the charity, producing documents and letters on an ad hoc basis and supporting the Director of HR as and when needed.   The position requires a competent, self-motivated individual who is organised, accurate and passionate about their work.

The successful applicant will also be responsible for the administration of the payroll on a monthly basis as well as the pensions admin running alongside that.

The successful applicant must have CIPD Level 3 or above and previous HR experience. They will also need to be able to handle sensitive and confidential information, with excellent communication skills as well as attention to detail.
