The Dog Blog - If you're looking for a great way to help raise funds for Hearing Dogs for Deaf People, and keep fit at the same time, then the 2011 adidas Women's 5k Challenge is your answer!
Join 25,000 ladies on Sunday 11 September 2011 by walking, jogging or running the 5k (3 mile) course in London's Hyde Park. The deadline for applications is Friday 12 August 2011.
