Volunteering

Hearing Dogs volunteers are the lifeline of the Charity. Without the tireless support of our volunteers across a wide range of roles, we would not be able to provide so many life-changing hearing dogs to deaf recipients.

The dedication, enthusiasm, motivation, knowledge, skills and experience of our network of volunteers is second to none.

On the following pages you will find brief details of the many volunteer roles that are available, some based at home, some out in the community and some in our regional headquarters. With so many roles to choose from there is bound to be a vacancy to suit your interests locally to you.

All volunteer roles are restricted to those aged 18 & over due to our safeguarding policies.

If you are interested in any of the volunteering roles mentioned or other volunteering opportunities, we would love to hear from you. Please contact Lucy Dacre, Volunteer Development Co-ordinator, on 01759 322299 or volunteer@hearingdogs.org.uk.
