Fundraiser of the month

Fundraiser of the Month for June is a special bear known as Arvey, who has single-handedly (well with a little help from his friends at the American RV Magazine!) raised over £1,000 for Hearing Dogs.

A group of American motor home owners adopted Hearing Dogs as one of their charities of the year and Arvey bear became their mascot, accompanying members to various shows and rallies, helping to sell raffle tickets and raise awareness and funds for Hearing Dogs, writing up his exploits in each edition of the club’s magazine.

The money he has raised will sponsor a kennel at one of Hearing Dogs’ training centres.
